3 stars just because escalator didnt work and me as epileptic person i felt sick as escalators steps have lines and they start to jump in my eyes and i almost fell. Store very busy, by the tills big tv which is flickering,ladies were taking returns and exchanges at the time when there was long Queue, There should be 1 till for returns/exchange and atleast 2 tills for shopping. We spent in the Q pretty long.

A grate selection of items clothes shoes and accessories for all men women and children i didnt stay too long as it was rammed being boxing day and i couldnt cope with the masses of people but the staff were polite and very helpfull

Kids running the shop kept waiting 10 minutes to exchange some trainers I had to say how much longer have I got to wait before they did anything worst experience iv had

If I could of give no star I would of staff is very very on professional don't talk for the manager in the pink top always have her bell showing off with no uniform on is the worse one went in to pick up a item that was ordered in reach to the front of the queue the staff process the order then the staff say I should stand on the side for her to serve all the rest of customer then she will go get my item in the back which she could of ask a next staff to get the item had staff standing around doing notting as well and it had about 7 people in the queue behind me then i will be serve and she will get my item crazy wouldn't recommend friends or family to come at the store in derby city centre just be careful with these unprofessional staffs in the down floor of JD Sports derby crazy

Take in a tshirt that's to small to swap for a large they take the tshirt but because they don't have the tshirt I want in stock they will send it to my house within 3-5 working days delivery, 2days later I get a text saying they can't fulfill my order and are refunding me. So no I have some ea7 shorts with no tshirt to go with. Thanks DERBY JD. Oh and all the staff can't organise a p up in a brewery. Update- now have to go back to the derby store to receive my refund as they can't issue it without proof of purchase 😆
